BRC's BioBlitz 14 was recently held in the Lost Creek State Natural Area  near Cornucopia. Experts in their field and participants recorded as  many species as they could in the two day event. Lost Creek was a BRC  project and a wonderful example of how we can protect an area with a  rich biological diversity. "I never expected to see such diversity under  a power line and in a swamp bottomland ash forest," says Erica Peterson,  BRC Outreach Coordinator.
